Remittance Transfers. A "remittance transfer" is an electronic transfer of funds of more than $15.00 which is requested by a sender and sent to a designated recipient in a foreign country by a remittance transfer provider. If we act as a remittance transfer provider and conduct a remittance transfer(s) on your behalf, the transaction(s) will be governed by 12 C.F.R. part 1005, subpart B - Requirements for remittance transfers. Terms applicable to such transactions may vary from those disclosed herein and will be disclosed to you at the time such services are requested and rendered in accordance with applicable law.
Remittance Transfers. Remittance Transfers to a beneficiary in a foreign country covered under Regulation E will be held for up to 45-minutes upon your receipt of our Disclosure confirming your payment order. Payment occurs when funds are deducted from your designated account to cover the Remittance Transfer amount and any associated fees and taxes, which begins the 30-minute time period for cancellation addressed herein which is not calculated from the time we actually send funds. You have a right to cancel and obtain a refund, including all fees within 30-minutes of your Payment. In order to cancel, you must contact us within this 30-minutes of Payment at the phone number or e-mail address in this Agreement. When you contact us, you must provide us with information to help us identify the Remittance Transfer you wish to cancel, including the amount and location where the funds were sent, and, preferably the Reference Code printed on the Disclosure provided when you ordered the Remittance Transfer. We will refund your money within three (3) business days of your request to cancel a transfer as long as the funds have not already been picked up or deposited into a recipient’s account. After this 30-minute time period you may not be able to cancel or amend a remittance transfer request. However, we may, in our sole discretion, use reasonable efforts to act on your request for cancellation or amendment. Any request for cancellation or amendment is subject to applicable security procedure(s). We shall have no liability if such cancellation or amendment is not affected. Furthermore, you shall be solely liable for any and all damages arising or related to any amendment or cancellation; and agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any and all liabilities, costs and expenses we may incur in attempting to cancel or amend any transfer.

You have the right to cancel a remittance transfer and obtain a refund of all funds paid to us, including any fees. When you contact us, you must provide us with information to help us identify the transfer you wish to cancel, including the amount and location where the funds were sent. Remittance Transfers. If you are a consumer and you request a wire transfer primarily for personal, family, or household purposes to a designated recipient in a foreign country, your wire transfer is a Remittance Transfer. If applicable, you will be provided with certain disclosures when required by federal law during the transfer process, which include, among other disclosures, certain error resolution and cancellation rights. Remittance Transfers are governed by this Agreement and the Remittance Transfer disclosure that we may provide to you. The provisions of the Remittance Transfer disclosures shall control over any inconsistent terms between this Agreement and the Remittance Transfer disclosures that we provide to you. ACH Transactions: These additional terms apply to payments to or from your account that via ACH:
Remittance Transfers. All international wire transfers will be routed by us through one of our correspondent financial institutions. Wires cannot be sent directly to financial institutions in a country other than the U.S. Domestic wire transfers will settle only in U.S. Dollars. International wires may be in a foreign currency if accepted at our discretion. You will be responsible to ensure that the proper foreign currency is available and may be obtained through us. International wires are considered Remittance Transfers under the U.S. Remittance Transfer Rule and require certain disclosure, cancellation, and dispute rights be provided to you at the time each international wire is requested. Remittance Transfer Rule requirements and timelines supersede any contradicting disclosure, cancellation, or dispute requirements set forth in this Agreement.

Remittance Transfers. Remittance transfers are initiated by consumers primarily for personal, family, or household purposes, and are sent outside the United States and its territories. Each time you initiate a remittance transfer, you’ll receive disclosures outlining additional rights provided by federal law. Incoming International Wire Transfers: Incoming wire transfers are received in U.S. dollars for payment into your account using the applicable exchange rate without prior notice to you. For more information, see the “Applicable Exchange Rate” section of this account agreement. Reversal or Return of ACH Transactions: Consumer Accounts Only: Under the ACH Rules, the credit union can seek the return of an unauthorized consumer ACH debit entry until midnight of the 60th calendar day following the business day the credit union posted the ACH debit entry to your account. To ensure the credit union is able to meet this return deadline, you must notify us no later than 15 days after we send or otherwise make available to you the account statement that reflects the unauthorized transaction. This right of return is in addition to your rights described in the “Electronic Fund Transfer Services” section of this Agreement.
