Remote Access to Work. 2.1.4.1 This section shall apply only to the work day/work week as described in Section 2.1. 2.1.4.2 An employee or a supervisor can suggest remote access to work as a possible work arrangement. 2.1.4.3 The District will establish clear guidelines in collaboration with the Association which may include, but not be limited to the implications of securing sensitive information, the use of hardware, short-term remote access, long-term/ongoing remote access, etc.
Remote Access to Work. 2.1.4.1 This section shall apply only to the work day/work week as described in Section 2.1. 2.1.4.2 An employee or a supervisor can suggest remote access to work as a possible work arrangement. 2.1.4.3 The District will establish clear guidelines in collaboration with the Association which may include, but not be limited to the implications of securing sensitive information, the use of hardware, short-term remote access, long-term/ongoing remote access, etc. While Board Procedure 5001P regarding remote work is in place, the parties will regularly discuss in labor-management meetings the implementation of that procedure. If the District anticipates any changes to the procedure, it will consult with the Association in advance.

Related to Remote Access to Work

  • Access to Work District representatives shall at all times have access to the Work, wherever it is, in preparation or in progress. Contractor shall provide safe and proper facilities for such access.

  • Remote Access Access to and use of the Data over the State Governmental Network (SGN) or Secure Access Washington (SAW) will be controlled by DSHS staff who will issue authentication credentials (e.g. a Unique User ID and Hardened Password) to Authorized Users on Contractor’s staff. Contractor will notify DSHS staff immediately whenever an Authorized User in possession of such credentials is terminated or otherwise leaves the employ of the Contractor, and whenever an Authorized User’s duties change such that the Authorized User no longer requires access to perform work for this Contract.

  • Access to Work Locations Reasonable access to employee work locations shall be granted officers of the Association and their officially designated representatives for the purpose of processing grievances or contacting members of the Association concerning business within the scope of representation. Such officers or representatives shall not enter any work location without the consent of the City Manager. Access shall be restricted so as not to interfere with the normal operations of the department or with established safety or security requirements. Solicitation of membership and activities concerned with the internal management of the Association, such as collecting dues, holding membership meetings, campaigning for office, conducting elections and distributing literature, shall not be conducted during working hours.

  • Access to Site 3.05.1 Contractor may enter and leave the premises at all reasonable times without charge. Contractor and its employees may use the common areas and roadways of the premises where it is to perform the services together with all facilities, equipment, improvements, and services provided in connection with the premises for common use. This excludes parking for Contractor’s personnel. Contractor shall repair any damage caused by it or its employees as a result of its use of the common areas.

  • Site Access Dell requires the right to access the APEX System in a timely way and as provided in the Service Offering Description to provide the Support Services. Failure to ensure that Customer provides Dell with timely access to a Site will relieve Dell of the Support Services obligations and Dell may also, at Dell’s discretion, suspend the APEX Service.
