TIPS Members are entitled to inquire about general or project-specific Community Co-Benefit offerings, if any are offered by the Vendor. A renewable energy Vendor’s Community Co- benefits may be important to TIPS Members. If requested by the TIPS Member, Vendors may provide as part of a project-specific proposal, descriptions of local economic or community benefits anticipated to result from the project implementation. If a Vendor’s Community Co-Benefit offerings impact Vendor’s TIPS pricing, that must be considered in Vendor’s original proposal or modified as permitted by the terms of the contract.
