Renewal Applications. No later than the first of July in the year prior to expiration of the Charter, the Charter School may provide to the Regents an application to renew the Charter in accordance with §2851(4) of the Act, in a format prescribed by SED and in accordance with guidelines issued by SED (“Renewal Application”). Nothing herein shall require the Regents to approve a Renewal Application. In the event that an application for renewal is not approved, the parties to the Charter shall fulfill their respective obligations hereunder until expiration of the term of the Charter, and the Charter School shall follow the procedures for dissolution as set forth in §2851(2)(t) of the Act and section 8.4 of this Charter.

The renewal incorporates changes to industrial standards codified in the regulations; 4. Incorporation of operational data to accurately set design objectives; 5. RSO are designated and their training is adequate; 6. Place of use authorized; surveys and environmental factors are addressed if appropriate; 7. Waste disposal, survey, if licensed materials handling and packaging procedures have changed, that documentation and procedures are adequate. 8. Instrumentation and calibration are adequate; 9. Licensed material: quantity, form, use are designated with adequate procedures; 10. Other conditions: bioassay, maintenance, distribution, etc.
Renewal Applications. The Parties acknowledge that all of the Licenses are subject to pending renewal applications filed with the FCC (the “Renewal Applications”). The Parties acknowledge and agree that ▇▇▇▇▇’s and/or NextNav’s obligation to make any payments hereunder is not subject to the grant of the Renewal Applications, except as otherwise expressly agreed.

Renewal Applications. A current Member’s application for continuing membership, when approved in writing by the Board, shall upon payment of all sums due constitute a continuing contract for each successive fiscal period unless canceled by the Board, or unless the Member withdraws from membership by written notice as required by this Agreement.

  • General Application The rules set forth below in this Article VI shall apply for the purposes of determining each Member’s allocable share of the items of income, gain, loss and expense of the Company comprising Net Income or Net Loss for each Fiscal Year, determining special allocations of other items of income, gain, loss and expense, and adjusting the balance of each Member’s Capital Account to reflect the aforementioned general and special allocations. For each Fiscal Year, the special allocations in Section 6.03 hereof shall be made immediately prior to the general allocations of Section 6.02 hereof.

  • Third Party Applications Oracle or third party providers may offer Third Party Applications. Except as expressly set forth in the Estimate/Order Form, Oracle does not warrant any such Third Party Applications, regardless of whether or not such Third Party Applications are provided by a third party that is a member of an Oracle partner program or otherwise designated by Oracle as “Built For NetSuite,” "certified," "approved" or “recommended.” Any procurement by Customer of such Third Party Applications or services is solely between Customer and the applicable third party provider. Customer may not use Third Party Applications to enter and/or submit transactions to be processed and/or stored in the Cloud Service, unless Customer has procured the applicable subscription to the Cloud Service for such use and access.
