Common use of Reporting of Concerns Clause in Contracts

Reporting of Concerns. Nurses are encouraged to raise any staffing concerns, without fear of retaliation. For specific staffing concerns, a nurse may use the Staffing Request and Documentation Form (SRDF). Nurses will submit completed forms to the PNCC chair, with a copy to their manager, and the Medical Center will not discourage the reporting, documentation and submission of such forms. A copy of such reports received by the Medical Center will be provided to a member of the PNCC designated by Association, and the appropriate unit manager. A nurse requested by the Medical Center to review an SRDF report may have an Association representative present with them during this review.
