During the period of leave without pay such employees shall maintain all accumulated rights and benefits to which they are entitled under the Agreement. The Employer shall continue to pay such employees their applicable salary in accordance with the terms of the Agreement. Upon invoice by the Employer, the Union shall reimburse the Employer for the amounts so paid. The benefits of any group shall be extended to such employees and the Union shall reimburse the Employer for such costs involved. Such employees shall be entitled to an increment for each year of their leave without pay to a maximum of step six in their classification. Such employees shall advise the Employer as soon as possible when an extension of the leave without pay is applicable due to re-election. Upon termination of their leave without pay such employee shall be offered, as a minimum, the position they held with the Employer before they commenced the leave without pay. When such employees wish to invoke this clause, they shall provide the Employer with a three month notice of their intent to do so.   • Parties’ Representatives Both Parties shall ensure that throughout the term of this Agreement, a duly appointed Representative is available for communications between the Parties. The Representatives shall have full authority to deal with all day-to-day matters arising under this Agreement. If a Party’s Representative becomes unavailable, the Party shall promptly appoint another Representative. Acts and omissions of Representatives shall be deemed to be acts and omissions of the Party. Owner and CAISO shall be entitled to assume that the Representative of the other Party is at all times acting within the limits of the authority given by the Representative’s Party. Owner’s Representatives and CAISO’s Representatives shall be identified on Schedule J.
