REQUEST FOR VARIANCE Sample Clauses

A Request for Variance clause outlines the process by which a party may formally seek permission to deviate from specific terms or requirements set forth in an agreement. Typically, this involves submitting a written request detailing the nature and justification for the proposed change, which must then be reviewed and approved by the other party or a designated authority. This clause provides a structured mechanism for handling exceptions, ensuring that any modifications are considered transparently and do not undermine the overall intent of the contract.
