Requested Developments. Service Provider will provide estimates in advance of charging Recipient for Requested Developments related to Member Services. Charges for work by Service Provider employees will be based on standard Service Provider rates, while charges for external consultants will be based on market rates.
Requested Developments. Upon Recipient's request, and subject to ---------------------- the good faith agreement of Service Provider and Recipient in writing upon reasonable terms and conditions of such development, including commercially reasonable payment terms at MFN Rates, all in accordance with the process described in Section 2.2(d) below, Service Provider shall develop revisions, enhancements and/or modifications of the Licensed Products and provide other development services related to the Recipient Interactive Services that Recipient is then providing or in respect of which it has delivered a Service Notice ("Requested Developments"). Recipient acknowledges and agrees that Requested Developments shall be deemed to be Licensed Products. Recipient shall have the same license rights to the Requested Developments as those rights granted to Recipient in Section 2 of the AOL License with respect to the Licensed Products.

Technology Planning and Management (TP&M) TP&M activities include working with various Service Provider divisions (including without limitation International Product Marketing, Development, Quality Assurance, International Operations, Release Management, and Member Services) to coordinate, plan, schedule, track and provide status reports on development work related to Licensed Products and Requested Developments for Recipient. Recipient will be charged for dedicated TP&M staff resources at standard Service Provider rates. 4. Business Systems Service Provider's Business Systems group develops, manages, enhances and supports Licensed Products involved with subscriber billing and payment processing; subscriber usage tracking; marketing, advertising and commerce tracking and reporting; and other related features and functionality of the Licensed Products. Charges for Business Systems work by Service Provider employees will be based on standard Service Provider rates, while charges for external consultants will be based on market rates. 5. Member Services Development There are two categories of Member Services development work that will be charged to Recipient: (i.) Internationalization of Licensed Products related to Member Services ensures that such products are enabled to function outside the United States, including without limitation ensuring that such products can display non-English characters and character sets commonly used outside the United States. Recipient will be charged an allocable portion of Service Provider's costs after the Effective Date associated with Internationalization of Licensed Products related to Member Services.

Requested Developments. 2.11.1 If, during the term of this Agreement, Licensee desires a particular new feature, enhancement or development to the Licensor Proprietary Software, it will notify Licensor in writing. In the event that Licensor is already in the process of developing or has committed to develop such Requested Development or a similar new feature or enhancement on its own or for a third party, Licensor will so notify Licensee in writing, within ten (10) days of receipt of Licensee's request, specifying the functionality and expected date of availability. In such event, Licensor shall be entitled, at its sole election, to either (i) receive such product release from Licensor free of additional charge promptly upon the specified availability date, or (ii) pay to Licensor a mutually agreeable fee for Licensor to develop such release by an earlier date. Under (ii) above and in all other cases, Licensor shall develop and incorporate Requested Developments as requested by Licensee under the terms and conditions contained in this Section. Licensor will use reasonable commercial efforts to provide the services as soon as practicable and no later than the completion dates set forth in mutually agreeable development project specifications. All features, enhancements developments and deliverables under development projects pursuant to Section 2.11.2 accepted by Licensee shall be deemed part of the Licensor Proprietary Software. 2.11.2 At Licensee's request, Licensor and Licensee may mutually agree to enter into one or more development projects to develop Requested Developments and execute an a Development Project form. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Licensor will render the services set forth in the Development Project forms accepted by Licensee. Licensor agrees to schedule the development of any Requested Developments ahead of all development projects that have not been started prior to the mutual agreement of Licensor and Licensee on the terms and specifications of the Requested Development or such other reasonable timetable agreed to by Licensee. The Parties agree that development projects undertaken pursuant to this Agreement include, but are not limited to customization development projects in support of specific sales to Licensee's customers which involve generally a limited amount of customization and technical services to meet the requirements of such customers.   • Job Development ‌ a. Does the district conduct or access job development services to expand job opportunities for TA and SNAP participants? Yes No If Yes, select how the district participates in job development activities. District staff contacts employers to solicit jobs for TA and SNAP Participants. Describe below how this is done, including number of staff, frequency of contacts, etc. Self Sufficiency Supervisory Staff members promote the hiring of Temporary Assistance clients through the use of the Transitional Employment Advancement Program (TEAP). MCDSS offers periodic job interviews with 60 - 75 TA recipients (concentrating on the Safety Net Singles) to fill vacant positions with companies who may participate with TEAP or OJT. Daily, job openings are received from area employers and reviewed by the Self Sufficiency staff for possible applicant matching. All jobs are posted in our waiting rooms, handed out at our front windows, given during recertification interviews or employment assessments for clients and applicants to review and submit applications to. To find additional employers, intranet searches of employment web sites, phone calls, cold calls, and mailings are made to employers in the area to explain the TEAP and OJT contracts along with information about Tax Incentives. Self Sufficiency staff also attend Job Fairs, as they arise to speak with employers and discuss the benefits of hiring a client currently on Public Assistance. Individuals that are eligible for TEAP or OJT are also given a TEAP brochure and OJT literature to use to advise potential employers that they are eligible for TEAP or OJT if they are hired. The Employment Coordinator receives notifications of job postings from various Monroe County vendors, we then try to match clients with these positions. MCDSS screens recipients for job skills matching current openings at an employer. MCDSS then schedules recipients to come to office and have a job interview here in the building. We assist with online application filing and interview preparation before the interview is conducted with the employer. MCDSS receives notifications of community job fairs and advises employable individuals to attend. MCDSS is able to have a sign in table at these events and are able to mentor individuals and offer support during the fair. District contracts or has an agreement with another agency to contact employers and solicit jobs for TA and/or SNAP participants. Describe below how this is done, including number of staff, frequency of contacts, etc. RochesterWorks, Inc. - There are 3 full-time staff dedicated to employer outreach on the RochesterWorks Business Services team. Outreach is done on a daily basis in a variety of ways such as through daily job posts on behalf of business, presentations to business/industry associations and groups like the local ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ of Commerce, Pro-ROC (Professional Recruiters of Rochester) and other networks; one-on-one meetings at employers’ worksites, virtually, over the phone or via email; virtual and in-person recruitment events; and monthly business newsletters. RochesterWorks also engages employers referred by our local county Economic Development Department as well as the Department of Labor, to promote and connect job seekers with hiring companies. In addition to free job posting, recruitment events, and promotion, RochesterWorks offers work-based training grants in the form of On-the-Job Training (partial wage subsidy) and Transitional Jobs (fully subsidized). Career Systems currently refers Job Seekers from a number of programs to area job fairs. They will continue this and consider a referral to a job fair to be equivalent to a referral to potential employment; it will be a condition of continued eligibility for the program. They will facilitate, monitor and report this attendance and participation. Career Systems will also develop relationships with hiring agencies that will allow groups of participants to be interviews at the job site.
