Required Capabilities. The Responder must be able to provide the products and/or the services called for in the Solicitation.
Required Capabilities. The Contractor must be able to provide all products called for in the Solicitation. The products requested are Elgin Sweeper repair parts and accessories, and brooms (OEM and non-OEM.) Orders may be placed on as-needed basis and the quantities may vary.

C) A statement from the subcontractor that their company carries the insurance coverages necessary and will provide a copy of their Certificate of Insurance to the Responder before work is performed and to the State whenever requested. The State reserves the right to require any or all of the above statements to be included in the subcontractor agreement, request clarification to confirm subcontractor capability, and reject any response from a Responder that does not submit subcontractor agreements upon request from the State.
Required Capabilities. The Contractor must provide the printing the printing and fulfillment services for the Office of Higher Education (OHE). Printed publications and brochures will be warehoused by the Contractor and ordered by ▇▇▇ on an as- needed basis. The estimated quantity is 320,400 copies total. The State reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities as budget allows. The State will not be held liable for any quantities not ordered. c. Any and all printed material resulting from this Contract remains the property of the State. Any use of this material in any other form must be approved by the Minnesota State Lottery and the Office of State Procurement. All preparation work and materials used in production remain the property of the Minnesota State Lottery and must be returned or payment of the final invoice may be delayed. Preparation work and materials used in production are not to be used for non-State reproduction.
