Common use of Requirement to Work Overtime Clause in Contracts

Requirement to Work Overtime. An Employer may require any employee to work reasonable overtime at overtime rates and such employee shall work reasonable overtime in accordance with such requirements. The assignment of overtime by an Employer to an employee shall be based on specific work requirements and the practice of “one in, all in” overtime shall not apply.
