Resource Plan Sample Clauses

A Resource Plan clause outlines the allocation and management of resources necessary for a project or contractual engagement. It typically details the types and quantities of personnel, equipment, or materials to be provided, as well as timelines for their deployment and responsibilities for their provision. By clearly specifying resource commitments, this clause helps ensure that both parties understand their obligations and prevents disputes over resource availability or adequacy during the course of the project.
