Contract Renewals. Any extension or renewal of the agreement entered into by the parties are made at the County’s sole discretion and under the same rates, terms and conditions as the initial agreement, or as amended.

Contract Renewals. The Contract is renewable upon mutual agreement of the parties and subject to the conditions in 40 TAC §§700.2501-700.2505 and the terms of this Contract.
