Contract Renewals. Any extension or renewal of the agreement entered into by the parties are made at the County’s sole discretion and under the same rates, terms and conditions as the initial agreement, or as amended.

Contract Renewals. The Contract is renewable upon mutual agreement of the parties and subject to the conditions in 40 TAC §§700.2501-700.2505 and the terms of this Contract.
Contract Renewals. All Contracts which expire between December 31, 1996 and the later of the Closing Date or July 1, 1997 shall be renewed on terms satisfactory to Purchaser.
Contract Renewals. The Company's sales of PCC are predominantly pursuant to long-term agreements, generally ten years in length, with paper ▇▇▇▇▇ at which the Company operates satellite PCC plants. The terms of many of these agreements have been extended, often in connection with an expansion of the satellite PCC plant.
