Rest and Meal Breaks. 5.2.1 Employees engaged on work to which this Agreement applies, who work Monday to Friday, inclusive, shall be entitled to one (1) rest period of 15 minutes each morning. 5.2.2 These rest periods shall be without deduction of pay.
