Restricted Positions Clause Samples

Restricted Positions. Members of the bargaining unit may be employed in restricted positions as long as the position is in compliance with Education Code 45108.
Restricted Positions. MGEN acknowledges that certain MGEN employees, including those assigned as (i) the MGEN Project Coordinator, (ii) the MGEN Project Managers, (iii) any MGEN employee who spends over thirty percent (30%) of his or her time on FNIS matters; and (iv) such other MGEN employees as the parties may mutually designate in writing (collectively or individually, as appropriate "Restricted Positions") may result in such MGEN employees ("Restricted Position Employees") being knowledgeable of sensitive Confidential Information. MGEN shall use its best efforts to ensure that Restricted Position Employees safeguard FNIS confidential information.
Restricted Positions. The following types of equipment have been identified as restricted positions that the Carrier desires employees to remain with for an extended period of time. In addition these positions will be bulletined and advertised on the bid lines as a "Restricted Position".
Restricted Positions. Those positions for which the field of competition for the examination is limited. Positions may be limited to persons from low-income groups, or from designated geographical areas, or to those who meet other specified criteria.
Restricted Positions. The Operator acknowledges that certain of the Operator's employees, due to their assignment to the Client's account, shall gain expertise specific to the Client, and shall become knowledgeable in the Client's Confidential Information. Such employees shall include those employees assigned as (i) the Operator's Project Coordinators, (ii) the Operator Project Managers, and (iii) such other of the Operator employees as the parties may mutually agree in writing and reasonably designate ("Restricted Position Employees").

  • New Positions The Board, in consultation with the Association, shall prepare a new job description whenever a new position of special responsibility is created or whenever the duties of any such position are changed or increased. When such a position is created or changed, the allowance shall be subject to negotiations between the Board and the Association.

  • Vacant Positions An employee on the reinstatement roster may bid on a vacant position in a different classification in the same manner as any other regular employee pursuant to this agreement.

  • New Position An approved position not reflected in the current year budget complement.

  • Permanent Positions All part-time and full-time positions shall be permanent unless identified as being fixed term in accordance with clause 2.2.5.
