Common use of Restrictions on Change of Scope Clause in Contracts

Restrictions on Change of Scope. (i) No Change of Scope shall be executed unless the Authority has issued the Change of Scope Order save and except any Works necessary for meeting any Emergency. (ii) The total value of all Change of Scope Orders shall not exceed 10% (ten per cent) of the Contract Price.
