Reverse of Certificate Sample Clauses

The "Reverse of Certificate" clause defines the terms and conditions printed on the back side of a certificate, such as a share certificate or bond. These terms typically include important information about the rights, restrictions, and obligations associated with the certificate, such as transfer procedures, limitations on ownership, or notices required for certain actions. By outlining these details on the reverse side, the clause ensures that all parties are aware of the governing rules attached to the certificate, thereby reducing misunderstandings and providing legal clarity regarding the instrument's use and transfer.
