RFI Services Sample Clauses

The RFI Services clause defines the scope and terms under which a party provides Request for Information (RFI) services to another party. Typically, this clause outlines the process for submitting, responding to, and managing RFIs, including timelines, formats, and responsibilities of each party. For example, it may specify that all RFIs must be submitted in writing and responded to within a set number of business days. The core function of this clause is to ensure clear communication and efficient resolution of information requests during a project, thereby minimizing misunderstandings and delays.
