RFP Deadline Clause Samples

The RFP Deadline clause establishes the final date and time by which all responses to a Request for Proposal (RFP) must be submitted. In practice, this clause applies to all potential bidders, requiring them to deliver their proposals before the specified cutoff, after which late submissions are typically disqualified from consideration. Its core function is to ensure a fair and orderly procurement process by providing a clear, enforceable timeline for all participants.
