Right of Examination Clause Samples
Right of Examination. Switzerland, as well as any third party appointed by it, shall have the right to visit the Project, conduct a comprehensive assessment or evaluation, and shall be granted full access to all documents and information related to the Project settled by this Project Agreement, during its implementation and ten years after the end of the project as defined in art. 23.2 of this Project Agreement. The NCU shall, upon request, ensure that the above mentioned authorised representatives are accompanied by the relevant personnel and are provided with the necessary assistance. Requests under this article shall be sent at least two weeks before planned visit.
Right of Examination. An executed counterpart of this Agreement shall be deposited with the Company at its registered office in the City of Wilmington, Delaware. This Agreement shall be subject to the right of examination by a stockholder of the Company, in person or by agent or attorney, as provided by law, and shall be subject to examination by any holder of a beneficial interest in the voting trust created by this Agreement, either in person or by agent or attorney, at any reasonable time for any proper purpose.
Right of Examination. Both COMPANY and CUSTOMER shall have the right to examine at any reasonable time the books, records and charts of the other to the extent necessary to verify the accuracy of any statement, chart or computation made under or pursuant to the provisions of the Agreement.

Right of Examination. If any claim disputing the existence of Artist's incapacity is made by either party, Producer shall have the right to have Artist examined by such physicians as Producer may designate. Artist's own physician may be present at such examinations at Artist's sole cost and expense, provided Artist's physician shall not interfere with any such examination.
Right of Examination. Prior to granting Sick Leave Bank days to a qualifying employee, the Governing Committee and/or the District may require the employee to be examined by a physician of the District/Governing Committee's choice at the District's expense. The Governing Committee and/or the District may require further periodic physician's examinations of the employee at reasonable intervals.
