Customer consents to such deletion after the 15-day export period and understands exported data will be Customer's sole record of their data after that point. Any of Customer's data that KrispCall holds or processes as an independent data controller will be retained and deleted in accordance with KrispCall's Privacy Policy.

Right to Delete. The CITY reserves the right to delete any portion of the contract at any time, and if such is done the total professional services fee shall be reduced in the same ratio as the estimated cost of the work deleted compares to the estimated cost of the work as originally planned, or when appropriate, the professional services fee shall be recomputed for the reduced scope of work in the same manner used for determining the original contract fee, provided that if work has already been accomplished on that portion of the contract to be deleted ▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall be paid for the deleted portion on the basis of the estimated percentage of completion of such portion.
