Right to File. The Medical Services Entity shall have the right, in accordance with Section 8.305.12 NMAC, to file with Corporation Grievances and Appeals on its own behalf and, upon a Member’s written designation of Medical Services Entity as the Member’s representative, on behalf of the Member. Right to File. Any individual teacher, group of teachers, or the Association, believing that there has been a violation, misinterpretation, or misapplication of any provision of this Agreement, may file a grievance with the Board through its designated representative. The Board hereby designates as its representative for such purpose, the Building Principal in each school building and the Superintendent of Schools when the particular grievance arises in more than one school building or is directed against the principal.
Right to File. Every teacher covered by this Agreement shall have the right to present grievances in accordance with these procedures, with or without representation. Nothing contained in this article or elsewhere in this Agreement shall be construed to prevent any individual employee from discussing a problem with the administration and having it adjusted without establishing precedent.

  • BUYER’S RIGHT TO CANCEL If after completion of an appraisal by a licensed appraiser, Buyer receives written notice from the Lender or the appraiser that the Property has appraised for less than the Purchase Price (a “Notice of Appraised Value”), Buyer may cancel the REPC by providing written notice to Seller (with a copy of the Notice of Appraised Value) no later than the Financing & Appraisal Deadline referenced in Section 24(c); whereupon the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Money Deposit shall be released to Buyer without the requirement of further written authorization from Seller.

  • Right to Grieve Where an employee feels that she has been aggrieved by a decision of the Employer related to promotion, demotion or transfer, the employee may grieve the decision at Step 3 of the grievance procedure in Article 9 of this Agreement within seven (7) days of being notified of the results.
