RIGHTS OF ACCESS TO PREMISES Clause Samples

RIGHTS OF ACCESS TO PREMISES. 5.1. At any time during the exit management period, where part of the Project Facilities are located at the Shelter Management Agency's premises, the Shelter Management Agency will be obliged to give reasonable rights of access to (or, in the case of Project Facilities located on a third party's premises, procure reasonable rights of access to) the DUSIB or its nominated agencies, and/or any replacement Shelter Management Agency. 5.2. The Shelter Management Agency shall also give the DUSIB or its nominated agencies, or any replacement Shelter Management Agency right of reasonable access to the Shelter Management Agency's premises and shall procure the DUSIB or its nominated agencies and any replacement Shelter Management Agency rights of access to relevant third party premises during the exit management period and for such period of time following termination or expiry of the Agreement as is reasonably necessary to migrate the services to the DUSIB or its nominated agencies, or a replacement Shelter Management Agency.
RIGHTS OF ACCESS TO PREMISES. 7.1 At any time during the exit management period, where Assets are located at the Implementation Agency's premises, the Implementation Agency will be obliged to give reasonable rights of access to (or, in the case of Assets located on a third party's premises, procure reasonable rights of access to) the Nodal Agency or its nominated agency and/or any Replacement Implementation Agency in order to make an inventory of the Assets. 7.2 The Implementation Agency shall also give the Nodal Agency or its nominated agency or its nominated agencies, or any Replacement Implementation Agency right of reasonable access to the Implementation Partner's premises and shall procure the Nodal Agency or its nominated agency or its nominated agencies and any Replacement Implementation Agency rights of access to relevant third party premises during the exit management period and for such period of time following termination or expiry of the MSA as is reasonably necessary to migrate the services to the Nodal Agency or its nominated agency, or a Replacement Implementation Agency.

RIGHTS OF ACCESS TO PREMISES. 7.1 At any time during the exit management period, where Assets are located at the SI for Compute Infrastructure's premises, the SI for Compute Infrastructure will be obliged to give reasonable rights of access to (or, in the case of Assets located on a third party's premises, procure reasonable rights of access to) MITS or its nominated agency and/or any Replacement SI for Compute 7.2 The SI for Compute Infrastructure shall also give MITS or its nominated agency or its nominated agencies, or any Replacement SI for Compute Infrastructure right of reasonable access to the Implementation Partner's premises and shall procure MITS or its nominated agency or its nominated agencies and any Replacement SI for Compute Infrastructure rights of access to relevant third party premises during the exit management period and for such period of time following termination or expiry of the MSA as is reasonably necessary to migrate the services to MITS or its nominated agency, or a Replacement SI for Compute Infrastructure.

RIGHTS OF ACCESS TO PREMISES. 7.1 At any time during the exit management period, where Assets are located at the Bidder's premises, the Bidder will be obliged to give reasonable rights of access to (or, in the case of Assets located on a third party's premises, procure reasonable rights of access to) MHRD or its nominated agency and/or any Replacement Bidder in order to make an inventory of the Assets. 7.2 The Bidder shall also give MHRD or its nominated agency or its nominated agencies, or any Replacement Bidder right of reasonable access to the Bidder's premises and shall procure MHRD or its nominated agency or its nominated agencies and any Replacement Bidder rights of access to relevant third party premises during the exit management period and for such period of time following termination or expiry of the MSA as is reasonably necessary to migrate the services to MHRD or its nominated agency, or a Replacement Bidder.
RIGHTS OF ACCESS TO PREMISES a) At any time during the Exit Management Period, where Assets are located at the SCA's premises, the SCA will be obliged to give reasonable rights of access to (or, in the case of Assets located on a third party's premises, procure reasonable rights of access to) the Govt. of Meghalaya/SDA, its nominated agencies and/or any Replacement SCA in order to make an inventory of the Assets and other office functioning and/or operations that may be so required b) The SCA shall also give the Govt. of Meghalaya/SDA or its nominated agencies, or any Replacement SCA right of reasonable access to the SCA's premises and shall procure the Govt. of Meghalaya/SDA or its nominated agencies and any Replacement SCA rights of access to relevant third party premises during the exit management period and for such period of time following termination or expiry of the MSA as is reasonably necessary to transfer the Government services to the Govt. of Meghalaya/SDA or its nominated agencies, or a Replacement SCA. c) The SCA and its sub-contractors, agents and representatives shall on the last date of the Exit Management Period forthwith vacate and hand over, without any delay or demur, the Govt. of Meghalaya/SDA locations, office equipment and support services in sound and working condition, to which the SCA has been given access by Govt. of Meghalaya/SDA pursuant to this MSA

RIGHTS OF ACCESS TO PREMISES. 7.1 At any time during the exit management period, where Assets are located at the <<‘Total Solution and Service Provider (TSSP)’>>'s premises, the <<‘Total Solution and Service Provider (TSSP)’>> will be obliged to give reasonable rights of access to (or, in the case of Assets located on a third party's premises, procure reasonable rights of access to) BSBCL or its nominated agency and/or any Replacement <<‘Total Solution and Service Provider (TSSP)’>> in order to make an inventory of the Assets. 7.2 The <<‘Total Solution and Service Provider (TSSP)’>> shall also give BSBCL or its nominated agency or its nominated agencies, or any Replacement <<‘Total Solution and Service Provider (TSSP)’>> right of reasonable access to the Implementation Partner's premises and shall procure BSBCL or its nominated agency or its nominated agencies and any Replacement <<‘Total Solution and Service Provider (TSSP)’>> rights of access to relevant third party premises during the exit management period and for such period of time following termination or expiry of the MSA as is reasonably necessary to migrate the services to BSBCL or its nominated agency, or a Replacement <<‘Total Solution and Service Provider (TSSP)’>>.
