Roadway Improvements Sample Clauses
Roadway Improvements. Developer shall take or shall cause to be taken the following actions to address roadway improvements identified by the City and County as a result of the impacts by the Project ("Roadway Improvements") in order to satisfy concurrency requirements consistent with the requirements of Section 3.4(Z) of the City's Land Development Code and Section 70 of the County's Land Development Code:
Roadway Improvements. The Infrastructure Improvements shall include reconstruction of the roadways, in accordance with City standards consistently applied to development in East Lansing. The reconstruction shall include realigning ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Avenue as it crosses Abbot Road in accordance with the approved site plan, Exhibit D. The Infrastructure Improvements shall include costs related to the streetscape improvements, including, but not limited to, all sidewalks, street trees, wayfinding signs, and site furnishings. This also includes any temporary sidewalks with appropriate pedestrian protections necessary during construction. Any portion of the public right-of-way, including roads, alleys, curbs, and gutters, that is damaged during construction of the Project by the Developer shall be reconstructed to the current City of East Lansing design standards.
Roadway Improvements. The design and construction plans for roadway improvements are contingent on Town Manager approval for local roads and NCDOT approval for State roads.
a. Construction of the following improvements must be completed prior to the occupancy of first building permitted pursuant to this Agreement (not including the Innovation Center):
1) Right-turn lane on southbound ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇. Blvd at the main site entrance;
2) Right-turn lane on northbound ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇. Blvd at ▇▇▇▇▇ Drive.
b. The proposed new street connection on ▇▇▇▇▇ Drive and Airport Drive shall be constructed prior to occupancy of 800,000 square feet of development and design shall reflect the following:
1) New street entrance aligned with Airport Drive;
2) A three lane cross-section at the intersection of ▇▇▇▇▇ Dr and Airport Drive; and
3) Appropriate turning lanes (left and right) on ▇▇▇▇▇ Drive and Airport Drive as approved by the Town Manager and NCDOT.
Roadway Improvements. Roadway improvements shall include the following:
(1) Right-turn lane on southbound ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇. Blvd at the main site entrance (to be completed prior to the occupancy of the first building pursuant to this Agreement other than the Innovation Center);
(2) Right-turn lane on northbound ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇. Blvd at ▇▇▇▇▇ Drive.
(3) A new street connection on ▇▇▇▇▇ Drive and Airport Drive. The design of this improvement shall reflect the following:
(a) New street entrance aligned with Airport Drive;
(b) A three lane cross-section at the intersection of ▇▇▇▇▇ Dr and Airport Drive; and
(c) Appropriate turning lanes (left and right) on ▇▇▇▇▇ Drive and Airport.
Roadway Improvements. Work under this contract shall consist of landscape improvements within public right-of-way.
Roadway Improvements. The applicant shall be required to implement the following physical and operational improvements to increase the capacity of the roadway system at the affected intersections. Final engineered plans and specifications for such improvements shall be subject to the review and approval of the City Transportation Engineer. The first of Lantana East and Lantana South to receive a building permit shall be responsible for all of the following measures:
Roadway Improvements. Developer shall cause the following on-site roadways to be designed, permitted and constructed at Developer's sole cost and expense.
a. S.R. 56. In conjunction with extensions of S.R. 56 from the west boundary of the MPUD to the east boundary of the MPUD, as more particularly provided in Paragraph 6 below, and in accordance with the PD&E Study design requirements, design S.R. 56 as a four (4) lane divided roadway expandable to six (6) lanes, with a wide median (at least 74 feet wide unless otherwise approved by FDOT) to allow the addition of two (2) interior lanes after four (4) lanes of such roadway have been constructed, for an ultimate six (6) lane roadway, and construct two (2) lanes thereof as an offset roadway.
Roadway Improvements. The Infrastructure Improvements shall include the construction and reconstruction of the roadways (excluding that part of Evergreen Avenue which is being permanently removed pursuant to the Infrastructure Plan), in accordance with City standards consistently applied to development in East Lansing. The construction and reconstruction shall include realigning of the north line of the intersection at ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Avenue and the north-south public alley west of Abbot Road in accordance with the approved Infrastructure Plan. The Infrastructure Improvements shall include costs related to the streetscape improvements shown on the Infrastructure Plan, including, but not limited to, all sidewalks, bike lanes, parking spaces, and wayfinding signs. This also includes any temporary sidewalks with appropriate pedestrian protections necessary during construction. Any portion of the public right-of-way, including roads, alleys, curbs, and gutters, that is damaged during construction of the Project by the Developer shall be reconstructed to the current City of East Lansing design standards, but not including that portion of Evergreen Avenue being removed according to the Infrastructure Plan.
Roadway Improvements. This work does not include any roadway alteration. Any damage to the roadway during site preparation and construction shall be repaired to original condition.
Roadway Improvements. 1. The Developer shall (i) Subject to TxDOT approval, install a traffic signal at the northern intersection of Suncrest Road and FM 973. City agrees that: (1) In the event TxDOT does not approve the installation of the traffic signal, approval of Developer’s applications for City site development and building permits shall not be delayed or withheld, and (2) City shall not delay approval of Developer’s applications for City site development and building permits for the development of the Property while Developer’s application for TxDOT approval of the installation of said traffic signal is pending; (ii) reconfigure the intersection of Suncrest Road and Tower Road and relocate the stop sign from Tower Road to Suncrest Road; and (iii) widen, add a turn lane, and address repairs to resolve the drainage on Tower Road at the Property’s driveway (the “Roadway Improvements”) as more particularly depicted in Exhibit D. The Roadway Improvements will be paid for and installed by the Developer.
2. Installation of the “Roadway Improvements” does not waive the requirement for a Traffic Impact Analysis (TIA) and any mitigations or funding as required by the TIA.
