Rock Source Clause Samples

The 'Rock Source' clause defines the origin or type of rock material to be used in a construction or engineering project. It typically specifies the approved quarries, geological characteristics, or quality standards that the rock must meet before being incorporated into the work. For example, it may require that all aggregate or stone used for foundations or embankments be sourced from a particular location or meet certain durability criteria. This clause ensures that only suitable and reliable rock materials are used, thereby maintaining structural integrity and reducing the risk of future failures due to substandard materials.
