ROLE OF PROGRAM MANAGER. The Program Manager is responsible for managing the planning, evaluation, scheduling, design and design process (including selection and regular review), constructability, analysis, cost estimation, construction, project close-out and all aspects of the successful delivery of approximately 200 critical projects, including the New ▇.▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Elementary School Project, the New ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Elementary School Project and the new ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Elementary School Project, in the upcoming approximate $500 million Capital Program, over the next thirty (30) months, in accordance with the directions and decisions of the School District. The Program Manager’s role in the Capital Program is to manage the School District’s Capital Program in accordance with the directions and decisions of the School District. The Program Manager is responsible for: (a) Leading the day-to-day management of the Project design and overseeing the overall Project design/coordination; (b) Managing the Project constructability reviews and Project Value Engineering; (c) Identifying and facilitating all Project applications, permits and approvals; (d) Liaising between the municipality and various community/business organizations and the School District; (e) Managing and hosting the Project community outreach events in collaboration with the MEP & FP Engineer and the School District; and (f) providing oversight, coordination and management of individual capital projects, including the New ▇.▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Elementary School Project, the New ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Elementary School Project and the New ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Elementary School Project, under the Capital Program.
