Common use of Roles of the Parties Clause in Contracts

Roles of the Parties. The Parties acknowledge and agree that with regard to the Processing of Personal Data, (i) Customer is the Data Controller, (ii) IRONSCALES is the Data Processor and that (iii) IRONSCALES or members of the IRONSCALES Group may engage Sub-processors pursuant to the requirements set forth in Section 5 “Sub-processors” below.

Group may engage Sub-processors pursuant to the requirements set forth in Section 5 “Sub-processors” below.

For clarity, this DPA shall not apply with respect to Applicaster processing activity as a Data Controller with respect to Applicaster data as defined in the Agreement.
