Common use of Rotation of Shifts Clause in Contracts

Rotation of Shifts. ‌ If shifts rotate, they shall rotate on a block of no greater than thirteen (13), twenty-eight (28)-day periods as determined by majority vote of the affected employees at the worksite in question. The Employer may override the results of this vote based upon reasonable operational needs.
