Rules and Laws. All checks will conform to the requirements of the then-current applicable rules, regulations, and procedural guidelines published by NACHA, all regional payment alliances associated with NACHA, and all applicable laws and governmental regulations, including but not limited to the Check 21 Act.

Rules and Laws. 10.1 All Transactions shall be subject to the consultation, rules, regulations, customs, usages, rulings and interpretations, from time to time extant or in force of the Exchange or other markets (and of their respective clearing house, if any), where the Transactions are executed by Galaxy International Futures or the agents of Galaxy International Futures. All Transactions under this Agreement shall also the subject to any law, rules or regulation then applicable thereto, including but not by way of limitation the provisions of the Securities and Futures Ordinance, as amended from time to time and the rules and regulations thereunder. 10.2 Transactions related to Exchange Contracts shall be subject to the Governing Rules and the procedures of the Futures Exchange. Such rules contain provisions requiring Galaxy International Futures in certain circumstances to disclose name, beneficial Identity and such other information concerning the Client as the Futures Exchange may require and the Client agrees to provide such information concerning the Client as Galaxy International Futures may require in order for Galaxy International Futures to comply with the Governing Rules and the procedures and that in the event Galaxy International Futures fails to comply with the disclosure requirement under Rule 606(a) or 613(a) of the Futures Exchange, the Chief Executive of the Futures Exchange may require the Closing Out of positions on behalf of the Client or the imposition of a margin surcharge on the positions of the Client. 10.3 In respect of Transactions related to the F.O. Business executed in markets other than those organized by the Futures Exchange, the Client acknowledges such Transactions shall be subject to the rules and regulations of those markets and not those of the Futures Exchange, with the result that the Client may have a markedly different level and type of protection in relation to those transactions as compared to the level and type of protection afforded by the Rules of the Futures Exchange.

Rules and Laws. 規則及法律 10.1 Transactions related to exchange traded futures and options contracts shall be subject to the rules of the relevant markets and exchanges. Upon request of HKFE or SFC or in other certain circumstances as may be required by the applicable laws, rules, regulations, etc, OPSL will be required to disclose the name, beneficial identity and such other information concerning the Client as HKFE or SFC may require and the Client agrees to provide such information concerning the Client as OPSL may require in order for OPSL to comply with the applicable laws, rules, regulations, etc and that in the event OPSL fails to comply with the disclosure requirement of the HKFE, the Chief Executive of the HKFE may require the Closing Out of positions on behalf of the Client or the imposition of a margin surcharge on the positions of the Client. 有關在交易所買賣的期貨及期權合約的交易須遵守有關市場及交易所的規則。應期交所或證監會要求，或在適用法律、規則、法規等規定的其他若干情況下，開盤證券須披露予期交所或證監會可能要求的有關客戶的名稱、受益人身份及該等其他資料，客戶同意提供開盤證券為遵從適用法律、規則、法規等而可能要求的有關客戶的該等資料，倘開盤證券未能遵從期交所的披露規定，期交所首席執行官可能要求代表客戶對倉位進行平倉，或對客戶的倉位施加保證金附加費。 10.2 In respect of the transactions related to the F.O. Rules and Laws. El Dorado and Admitting County agree that both are bound in the accomplishment of this Agreement by provisions of WIC Section 5600 et seq.; Title 9, CA Code of Regulations Division 1, Chapter 10; regulations of the State Department of Health Care Services; the Local Mental Health Authority; and other applicable laws, regulations and policies governing the provisions of public mental health services. El Dorado and Admitting County agree to maintain the confidentiality of Client information and records as provided by applicable law; notwithstanding, professional records and Admitting County Client information shall be interchangeable between El Dorado and Admitting County to establish and support a high level of clinical services and continuity of care and aftercare services.

Rules and Laws. Customer acknowledges it has a copy or has access to a copy of the Rules. The Rules may also be purchased online at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ under the publications tab. Customer agrees to comply with and be subject to the Rules of NACHA in existence at the date of this Agreement, and any amendments to these Rules made from time to time. It shall be the responsibility of the Customer that the origination of ACH transactions complies with U.S. law, including but is not limited to sanctions enforced by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (“OFAC”). It shall further be the responsibility of the Customer to obtain information regarding such OFAC enforced sanctions. (This information may be obtained directly from the OFAC Compliance Hotline at 800-540-OFAC or from the OFAC’s home page site at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/▇▇▇▇.) Customer agrees that the performance of any action by Bank to debit or credit an account or transfer funds otherwise required by the Rules is excused from the performance of such action to the extent that the action is inconsistent with United States law, including the obligations of the Bank under OFAC or any program administered by the United States Department of the Treasury’s Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (“FinCEN”). Customer agrees generally and warrants to Bank that all actions by Customer contemplated by this Agreement, including the preparation, transmittal, and settlement of Entries and payment orders, shall comply in all material respects with United States laws, regulations, regulatory guidelines and guidance, and official commentaries, including without limitation all such regulations, guidelines, and commentaries issued by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve and the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council (“FFIEC”). Bank will charge the Customer with any fines or penalties imposed by OFAC, NACHA or any organization which are incurred as a result of non-compliance by the Customer and the Customer agrees to fully reimburse and/or indemnify Bank for such charges or fines. The specific duties of the Customer provided in the following paragraphs of this Agreement in no way limit the foregoing undertaking. The duties of the Customer set forth in the following paragraphs of this Agreement in no way limit the requirement of complying with the Rules.

Rules and Laws. El Dorado and Admitting County both agree that they are bound by the provisions of WIC § 5600 et seq.; Title 9, CA Code of Regulations Division 1, Chapter 10; regulations of the State Department of Health Care Services; the Local Mental Health Authority; and other applicable laws, regulations and policies governing the provisions of public mental health services and that this Agreement is critical to successful compliance with these laws, regulations, and policies.

All transactions under this Agreement shall be subject to the constitution, rules, regulations, customs, usages, rulings and interpretations, from time to time extant or in force of the HKEx, HKFE or SEHK or other markets as applicable (and of their respective clearing house, if any), where the transactions are executed by ADSS HK or ADSS HK agents. All transactions under this agreement shall also be subject to any law, Rule, or regulation then applicable thereto, including but not limited to, the provisions of the Ordinance, as amended from time to time, and the Rules and regulations thereunder. 本協議下由 ADSS 香港或ADSS 香港的代理人執行的所有交易均應符合香港交易所、期交所或聯交所或其他適用市場（及其各自結算所 （如有））不時存在或有效的憲法、規則、規例、慣例、習慣、裁定及詮釋。本協議下的所有交易應符合當時適用於有關交易的法律、規則或規例，包括但不限於不時修訂的條例中的規定以及該規定之下的規則和規例。 b. All transactions entered between ADSS HK and the Client relating to any money, foreign currency, currency option, currency future, or currency forward contract or foreign exchange contract shall be governed by and subject to all the rules, regulations, orders and laws of the country of the currency or money concerned and those of Hong Kong and/or the by-laws, rules and regulations of the exchange or market concerned in which the transaction is done. ADSS 香港與客戶之間涉及任何款項、外匯、外匯期權、外匯期貨或外匯遠期合約或外匯買賣合約的所有交易應受到有關貨幣或款項所在國家及香港的所有規則、規例、法令及法律的規管與制約，及/或與交易完成有關之交易所或市場的則例、規則及規例的規管與制約。 c. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR, without giving effect to conflict of laws provisions. Except where arbitration is provided, the Client submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Hong Kong in respect of all disputes, differences and claims relating to or arising out of the Agreement. IN ALL JUDICIAL ACTIONS, ARBITRATIONS, OR DISPUTE RESOLUTION METHODS, THE PARTIES WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PUNITIVE DAMAGES. 本協議受香港法律規管，與法律規定相衝突的內容均視為無效。除非實施仲裁，否則客戶就本協議相關或產生的所有爭議、分歧及索賠接受香港法院的非專屬管轄權所管轄。在所有司法行動、仲裁或爭議解決方式中，各方當事人放棄任何索取懲罰性損失賠償的權利。
