SAFETY SHOE OR BOOT ALLOWANCE. 29:01 Where the Employer requires safety shoes or boots to be worn as a condition of employment, the Employer will pay to the employee a safety shoe or boot allowance of one hundred and twenty- five (125) dollars annually. Safety shoes or boots must be Canadian Standards Association approved, and be in serviceable condition as determined by the employee’s supervisor.

SAFETY SHOE OR BOOT ALLOWANCE. 29:01 30:01 Where the Employer requires safety shoes or boots to be worn as a condition of employment, the Employer will pay to the employee a safety shoe or boot allowance of up to one hundred and twenty- seventy five dollars (125$175) dollars annually, upon production of original receipts. Safety shoes or boots must be Canadian Standards Association approved, and be in serviceable condition as determined by the employee’s supervisor.
