SAFETY SHOE OR BOOT ALLOWANCE. Full-time employees who are required by the Company to wear approved safety footwear shall be paid an allowance of up to sixty-five dollars ($65.00) effective August 29, 2005, January 20, 2008 seventy-five dollars ($75.00), January 24, 2010 eighty-five dollars ($85.00) upon presentation of a receipt.
