Salary Range Increases Clause Samples

The 'Salary Range Increases' clause establishes the conditions and procedures for adjusting the salary ranges applicable to certain positions or employees. Its core function is to ensure that compensation remains competitive and fair over time, addressing issues of employee retention and market alignment.
