Satisfactory Performance of Duties Sample Clauses

The 'Satisfactory Performance of Duties' clause establishes that an individual or party must fulfill their responsibilities to a standard deemed acceptable by the other party, often the employer or client. In practice, this means that the quality, timeliness, and completeness of the work performed are regularly evaluated, and continued engagement or compensation may depend on meeting these expectations. This clause serves to ensure accountability and provides a clear basis for addressing underperformance, thereby protecting the interests of the party receiving the services or work.
