Scale Operation Sample Clauses

The Scale Operation clause defines the terms and conditions under which the scope or capacity of a project, service, or system can be increased or decreased. Typically, this clause outlines the procedures for requesting changes in scale, any associated costs or timelines, and the responsibilities of each party during the scaling process. For example, it may specify how a client can request additional resources or reduce usage based on changing needs. The core function of this clause is to provide a clear and structured mechanism for adjusting operational levels, ensuring flexibility while managing expectations and obligations for both parties.
