Schedule Breaks. (Union Proposal No. 14) a. Increase the schedule breaks in Schedules B and C of the 2014 SAG-AFTRA Codified Basic Agreement from $6,200 per week to $6,350 per week for theatrical motion pictures with respect to contracts entered into with performers on or after July 1, 2018. b. Increase the schedule breaks in Schedules B and C of the 2014 SAG-AFTRA Codified Basic Agreement from $5,000 per week to $5,150 per week for television motion pictures with respect to contracts entered into with performers on or after July 1, 2018.
Schedule Breaks a) There shall be no services scheduled for December 24th, December 25th, December 26th, January 1st, Canadian Thanksgiving Monday, or Easter Sunday. There may be services scheduled for New Year's Eve, December 31st. Any service or portion of a service occurring past 6:00 p.m. on December 31st, or continuing into the morning of January 1st, must be paid at double the applicable rate. b) The Association will not schedule services on Monday evenings or Thursdays between 1:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m., subject to the Association’s right to three exceptions each season covered by this Agreement, provided that the Association gives (28) twenty-eight days prior notice and provided that only one exception can occur per week and no exceptions will take place on two consecutive weeks. c) The Association shall schedule two days off each week, subject to the Association's right to a maximum of three exceptions per season, in which a single day off may be scheduled, provided that no exceptions will take place in two consecutive weeks. The Association shall schedule no more than seven (7) consecutive days without a non-service day. (Make a conforming change in Schedule C so that it covers performers employed on theatrical motion pictures guaranteed more than $6,000 per week for contracts entered into on or after June 10, 2010.) Schedule Breaks. All employees shall be entitled to a duty free lunch that is one (1) hour in length. It is recognized that there may be circumstances in which the period of the duty free lunch may be broken into two segments. In each instance the superintendent or his/her designee shall establish the stop and start times and the lunch hours with input from the employee. In each category, employee may be assigned to other duties within the bargaining unit on a temporary basis. In the event the period of reassignment shall exceed five (5) consecutive workdays, there will be appropriate notice to the Association. These requirements are for full-time employees. Nothing shall preclude the Board from establishing part time positions. The Board shall have the right to establish the stop and start times for each position and the lunch hours.

  • Schedule The Work shall be performed as expeditiously as possible in conformity with the schedule requirements contained herein and in the Statement of Work. The draft and final versions of all deliverables shall be submitted by the dates specified in the Exhibit A Schedule and Project Period noted in Item No. 7 of this Agreement. It is understood and agreed that the delivery of the draft and final versions of such deliverables by the Contractor shall occur in a timely manner and in accordance with the requirements of the Exhibit A Schedule.

  • Time Schedule 4.1. A project schedule is included in Appendix A. 4.2. Any delay of services or change in sequence of tasks must be approved in writing by Delaware. 4.3. In the event that Vendor fails to complete the project or any phase thereof within the time specified in the Contract, or with such additional time as may be granted in writing by Delaware, or fails to prosecute the work, or any separable part thereof, with such diligence as will insure its completion within the time specified in this Agreement or any extensions thereof, Delaware shall suspend the payments scheduled as set forth in Appendix A.

  • Schedule Updates the Contractor agrees to maintain the Work duration schedule updates on an ongoing basis and, when the County requests it, include the updates in its payment request. The Contractor may be required to submit a narrative report with each monthly update which shall include a description of current and anticipated problem areas, delaying factors and their impact, and an explanation of corrective action taken or proposed. Failure to do so may be considered a material breach of the Contract. Any additional or unanticipated costs or expense required to maintain the schedules shall be solely the Contractor’s obligation and Contractor agrees not to charge the County.

  • Schedule of Services Consultant shall perform the Services in a prompt and timely manner in accordance with the Schedule of Services set forth in Exhibit "B" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. Consultant represents that it has the professional and technical personnel required to perform the Services expeditiously. Upon request of City, Consultant shall provide a more detailed schedule of anticipated performance to meet the Schedule of Services.
