Scheduled Eight. [8] Hour Shifts (a) Hours Worked in Excess of Eight The Company shall pay an employee one and one-half (1 ½) times his standard hourly rate for all hours he is required to work over eight (8) a day. (b) Hours Worked in Excess of Ten The Company shall pay an employee two (2) times his standard hourly rate for all hours he is required to work over ten (10) a day.
