Scheduling Compensatory Time. The taking of compensatory time by employees is subject to supervisor approval and the workload requirements of the agency and may be denied if workload requirements so mandate. Twenty­four (24) hour advance notice of the intended use of compensatory time shall be given the Employer by the employee unless emergency circumstances make such notification impossible, in which case the Employer may waive the advance notice requirement.
