Scheduling of Shifts. The Employer shall set up a shift schedule which shall cover a minimum period of four (4) weeks, posted two (2) weeks in advance, which will cover the normal requirements of the work area. (a) The staffing, preparation, posting and administration of shift schedules are the responsibility of the Employer. (b) When a change in the shift schedule is required, the Employer shall make every reasonable effort to notify employees on leave before they return to work.
