SCHOOLS WITH SITE-BASED MANAGEMENT. 1. The substitute wage schedule may be altered to accommodate the different time schedules designed through site-based management 2. Once a school has a master schedule, they will submit this to the AFT Executive Board and the Superintendent for site-specific negotiations regarding the wage schedule.
SCHOOLS WITH SITE-BASED MANAGEMENT. 1. A school with site-based management may design its own evaluation procedure through the use of site-based management. 2. The certificated staff, through use of site-based management, may vary the length of their teaching blocks and frequency of their preparation periods as needed to accommodate their restructured schedule with the following conditions: a. The schedule meets the required number of instructional minutes, unless a waiver is obtained from the State Department of Education. b. The teaching assignments and preparation periods are equitable. 2. The communication period may or may not be a part of the schedule agreed to by the certificated staff. 3. Through site–based management the staff may decide the number of duties and how those duties are fulfilled as long as all staff members are treated equitably.

Since a school with site–based management may elect to use diversified staffing, the services provided, the method in which the services are delivered, and the maximum student contact for staff members may be altered providing these services are determined through site-based management. 2. The district agrees to provide psychological services as needed for program continuity. 3. The decision whether to retain elective classes below fifteen (15) students shall be made through site-based management. 4. Schools with site–based management shall be entitled to the same staffing allocations as traditional schools, but may utilize certificated staff differently than in traditional positions.
SCHOOLS WITH SITE-BASED MANAGEMENT using the Academic Council and site–based management may be exempt from the Department Head Policy, however they will receive the funds for the school that would normally pay department head stipends. The amount of funds allocated to site-based management schools will be equal to what the school would receive under a traditional department head structure.

  • Vulnerability Management BNY Mellon will maintain a documented process to identify and remediate security vulnerabilities affecting its systems used to provide the services. BNY Mellon will classify security vulnerabilities using industry recognized standards and conduct continuous monitoring and testing of its networks, hardware and software including regular penetration testing and ethical hack assessments. BNY Mellon will remediate identified security vulnerabilities in accordance with its process.

  • Traffic Management 9.2.1 During the Operating Period, Developer shall be responsible for the general management of traffic on the Project. Developer shall manage traffic so as to preserve and protect safety of traffic on the Project and Related Transportation Facilities and, to the maximum extent practicable, to avoid disruption, interruption or other adverse effects on traffic flow, throughput or level of service on the Project and Related Transportation Facilities. Developer shall conduct traffic management in accordance with all applicable Technical Provisions, Technical Documents, Laws and Governmental Approvals, and in accordance with the Traffic Management Plan. 9.2.2 Developer shall prepare and submit to TxDOT and the Independent Engineer for TxDOT approval a Traffic Management Plan for managing traffic on the Project and Related Transportation Facilities after the commencement of traffic operations on any portion of the Project, addressing (a) orderly and safe movement and diversion of traffic on Related Transportation Facilities during Project construction, (b) orderly and safe movement of traffic on the Project and (c) orderly and safe diversion of traffic on the Project and Related Transportation Facilities necessary in connection with field maintenance and repair work or Renewal Work or in response to Incidents, Emergencies and lane closures. Developer shall prepare the Traffic Management Plan according to the schedule set forth in the Technical Provisions. The Traffic Management Plan shall comply with the Technical Provisions and Technical Documents concerning traffic management and traffic operations. Developer shall carry out all traffic management during the Term in accordance with the approved Traffic Management Plan. 9.2.3 Developer shall implement the Traffic Management Plan to promote safe and efficient operation of the Project and Related Transportation Facilities at all times during the course of any construction or operation of the Project and during the Utility Adjustment Work. 9.2.4 TxDOT shall have at all times, without obligation or liability to Developer, the right 9.2.4.1 Issue Directive Letters to Developer regarding traffic management 9.2.4.2 Provide on the Project, via message signs or other means consistent with Good Industry Practice, non-Discriminatory traveler and driver information, and other public information (e.g. amber alerts), provided that the means to disseminate such information does not materially interfere with the functioning of the ETCS.

  • Access Toll Connecting Trunk Group Architecture 9.2.1 If WCS chooses to subtend a Verizon access Tandem, WCS’s NPA/NXX must be assigned by WCS to subtend the same Verizon access Tandem that a Verizon NPA/NXX serving the same Rate Center Area subtends as identified in the LERG. 9.2.2 WCS shall establish Access Toll Connecting Trunks pursuant to applicable access Tariffs by which it will provide Switched Exchange Access Services to Interexchange Carriers to enable such Interexchange Carriers to originate and terminate traffic to and from WCS’s Customers. 9.2.3 The Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be two-way trunks. Such trunks shall connect the End Office WCS utilizes to provide Telephone Exchange Service and Switched Exchange Access to its Customers in a given LATA to the access Tandem(s) Verizon utilizes to provide Exchange Access in such LATA. 9.2.4 Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be used solely for the transmission and routing of Exchange Access to allow WCS’s Customers to connect to or be connected to the interexchange trunks of any Interexchange Carrier which is connected to a Verizon access Tandem.

  • System for Award Management (▇▇▇) Requirement Alongside a signed copy of this Agreement, Grantee will provide Florida Housing with a ▇▇▇.▇▇▇ proof of registration and Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) number.
