Scope of Services Generally. The Services comprises the completion of Design and Installation Services required by the Contract Documents and includes all labor, tools, materials, supplies, equipment, permits, approvals, paperwork, calculations, submittals, and certificates necessary to develop, construct and complete the Services in accordance with all Laws, and all engineering, design, and construction and other services required to be supervised, overseen, performed or furnished by CONTRACTOR or that the Contract Documents require the CONTRACTOR to cause to be supervised, overseen, performed or furnished. Scope of Services Generally. During the Term hereof, Contractor shall receive, process, pack and load tobacco purchased by PM or PM agents as described in this Section 3 (the "Stemming Services"). (Such tobacco, after processing, packing and loading as provided hereunder, will be used by PM in the manufacture of tobacco products or sold to PM's affiliates or others.)
