Section 11.2.2. 2 If in the judgment of the Association, a grievance affects a group of employees or the Association, 3 or if the grievance involves more than one supervisor or an administrator above the level of the 4 employee(s)' supervisor, the grievance may proceed directly to the step agreed to by the parties.
