Common use of Section 15.2.2 Clause in Contracts

Section 15.2.2. 36 If the grievance is not resolved to the employee's satisfaction by discussion with the supervisor 37 as provided above, the employee shall, within twenty (20) days of the occurrence submit a 38 written statement of grievance to the supervisor and a copy thereof to the administrative official 39 responsible for personnel. The written statement shall contain the following: 41 A. The facts on which the grievance is based; including date. 42 B. A reference to the provisions of this Agreement or other contractual rights of the 43 employee which have allegedly been violated. 44 C. The remedy sought.
