Section 7.7.2. 37 The returning employee will be assigned to the position occupied before the leave of absence if 38 the position exists. In the event the position does not exist, the returning employee will be placed 39 commensurate with ability and experience. Employees hired to fill positions created due to 40 leaves of absence shall be informed of the return rights of employees on leave of absence and the 41 provisions of Article VIII and shall be subject to all terms and conditions of this Agreement 42 while employed in the leave of absence position, provided, however, that such leave replacement 43 employees are subject to termination of their employment upon the employee on leave’s return. 44
Section 7.7.2. 46 All hours worked on the sixth (6th) consecutive day shall be compensated at the rate of one and 47 one-half (1½) times the employee's base pay.

Section 7.7.2. During the school year, but not within the last 6 weeks of school, all routes vacated by 32 death, retirement, or resignation shall be offered for bid within one week of the time that the vacancy 33 is known to exist. All drivers and assistants who would gain fifteen (15) minutes or more shall be 34 eligible to bid on the vacant route. The OT 7 provision beyond eight (8) hours a day shall not be applicable if the employee agrees to a 8 schedule of four (4) ten (10) hour days.
Section 7.7.2. 31 All overnight transportation trips shall be negotiated at the time of the trip by the driver 32 involved, transportation supervisor, and the Superintendent of Schools.
