Overtime Rate of Pay. The hourly rate of overtime pay shall be one and one-half times the employee’s regular weekly salary divided by forty (40); provided, that in determining the rate of overtime or callback pay for employees who receive a percentage increment over employees of equal rank, such percentage increment shall be considered part of their base pay, and they shall be paid at the rate of one and one-half times their regular weekly salary divided by forty (40) including such percentage increment.
Overtime Rate of Pay. Overtime work shall be paid at two (2) times an employee’s regular hourly rate of pay for each hour worked.
Overtime Rate of Pay. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, when the Employer requires an employee to attend schools, training or departmental meetings while off duty and resulting in work in excess of forty (40) hours in a week, such employee shall be compensated at the overtime rate of pay.

Shift differential shall be included in the computation of overtime when overtime is worked within the same work week as the applicable shift work. Overtime shall be computed to the nearest fifteen (15) minute period. All overtime must be approved in advance by the City, unless advance approval cannot be obtained due to emergencies or other urgent operational needs.
Overtime Rate of Pay. 6.01 Authorized overtime, at the rate of time and one-half (1 ½) the regular hourly rate, shall be paid for time worked in excess of forty (40) hours in any one (1) week or over eight (8) hours in any one (1) day. There shall be no pyramiding of overtime payments. Such overtime shall be offered to the Senior Volunteer within the classification. In the event that there are no volunteers or an insufficient number of volunteers, the Company reserves the right to schedule overtime in reverse order of seniority amongst the employees who have the skill and ability to perform the work. 6.02 Authorized overtime will be paid at the rate of time and one-half (1 ½) the normal rate over thirty-two (32) hours per week, or eight (8) hours in one (1) day if one (1) statutory Holiday is observed in any one (1) week. Such overtime shall be offered to the Senior Volunteer within the classification. 6.03 Authorized overtime will be paid at the rate of time and one-half (1 ½) the normal rate over twenty-hour (24) hours per week, or eight (8) hours in one (1) day if two (2) statutory Holidays are observed in any one (1) week. Such overtime shall be offered to the Senior Volunteer within the classification.
Overtime Rate of Pay. An employee requested to work overtime shall be paid overtime at the rate of the classification they are working on their shift, unless assigned to a higher rated classification. (See Appendix "A").
Overtime Rate of Pay. An employee who works overtime shall be compensated at the rate of one and one-half (1 1/2) times the employee’s regular straight-time rate of pay, with the following exceptions, when employees will be paid double (2X) the straight-time rate: (1) When an employee is called out on emergency work after having gone home at the completion of the regular work shift and before scheduled to commence the next work shift. (2) When an employee is required to work on an official AMP holiday, in which case he or she will be paid double time (2X) in addition to the holiday pay. (3) When an employee is required to work on Sunday. (4) When required to work between 0000 and 0600, the employee will be paid at double time (2X). (5) When required to work over twelve (12) continuous hours, the employee will be paid for any additional hours at double time (2X). (6) When an employee is scheduled to work on a not regularly scheduled workday when notification per Subsection 11.4.1, Prearranged Overtime, has not been given.
