Common use of Section 8.1.3 Clause in Contracts

Section 8.1.3. 2 All part-time employees shall receive the following paid holidays that fall within the work year: 4 Labor Day Memorial Day 5 New Year’s Day Thanksgiving Day 6 ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ Day Day after Thanksgiving 7 President’s Day Christmas Day 9  Effective 2015-16 school year, all part-time employees shall receive, in addition to the 10 above paid holidays, Veteran’s Day. 11  Effective 2016-17 school year, all part-time employees shall receive, in addition to the 12 above paid holidays, New Year’s Eve Day.
