Common use of Section 9.7.3 Clause in Contracts

Section 9.7.3. The employee will retain accrued illness and injury leave, vested vacation rights, and 42 seniority rights while on leave of absence. However, vacation credits, illness, and injury leave, and 43 seniority shall not accrue while the employee is on leave of absence; provided, however, that if such leave 44 is approved for extended illness or injury, seniority shall accrue. 45
