Sections III. A.1(a) and (b) of the Schedule to the Agreement are deleted in their entirety and replaced with the following: (a) The Project Implementing Entity shall monitor and evaluate the progress of its Respective Part of the Project and prepare Project Reports for its Respective Part of the Project in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.08 of the General Conditions and on the basis of the indicators agreed with the Association and set forth in Section III.A.1(b) of Schedule 2 to the Financing Agreement. Each such Project Report shall cover the period of six months, and shall be furnished to the Recipient not later two weeks after the end of the period covered by such report for incorporation and forwarding by the Recipient to the Association of the overall Project Report.”

  • Modification to Article IV, Section 7 of the DPA Article IV, Section 7 of the DPA (Advertising Limitations) is amended by deleting the stricken text as follows: Provider is prohibited from using, disclosing, or selling Student Data to (a) inform, influence, or enable Targeted Advertising; or (b) develop a profile of a student, family member/guardian or group, for any purpose other than providing the Service to LEA. This section does not prohibit Provider from using Student Data (i) for adaptive learning or customized student learning (including generating personalized learning recommendations); or (ii) to make product recommendations to teachers or LEA employees; or (iii) to notify account holders about new education product updates, features, or services or from otherwise using Student Data as permitted in this DPA and its accompanying exhibits.
