A R T I C L E XV J O B S H A R I N G‌ 1. APPLICATION PROCESS A. Only AGCEP Unit Members may initiate and apply for job sharing AGCEP positions (not applicable to security staff). The District will determine the availability of job sharing positions. Unit Members wishing to share a position shall fill out an application provided by die Human Resources Office. The form shall seek, among other information, the duration of die job sharing assignment desired by the applicant. Application must be made by May 15th, for the following year. No more than two Unit Members may share a single position. B. It is the general intent of the parties that job sharing arrangements occur between two current AGCEP Unit Members. If neither the applicant for the job sharing arrangement nor the District can find an interested Unit Member to com­ plete the job siiare team, die District may, at its discretion, post a part time posi­ tion, die effect of which would be to hire the team partner sought in the job

SECURITY UNIFORMS. The District and the Association agree that, subsequent to the initial issuance of security uniforms (January-February, 1990), the following procedures will be implemented: 8.1.6.1 A list of classified district support personnel will be generated identifying employees who have duties and assignments that require them to be at multiple school sites. This list for security uniform issue will include, but not be limited to, gardening, maintenance, warehouse, food services truck driver, transportation and custodial personnel. 8.1.6.2 Employee notification of uniform issue and requirement to wear while in assignment will occur within 30 days of completion of the security uniform list. 8.1.6.3 Replacement or new-hire employees who have assignments requiring security uniforms will receive notification within one week of first day worked. 8.1.6.4 Employees will adhere to known uniform cleaning procedures provided by an outside vendor at district expense. 8.1.6.5 Responsibility to pay for lost, or modified security uniforms (shirts, vests, pants, jackets), will be assumed by the employee. 8.1.6.6 Upon leaving the employ of the Fountain Valley School District, security uniforms, as district property must be turned in and accounted for prior to issue of the final paycheck.

  • Contractor Security Clearance Customers may designate certain duties and/or positions as positions of “special trust” because they involve special trust responsibilities, are located in sensitive locations, or have key capabilities with access to sensitive or confidential information. The designation of a special trust position or duties is at the sole discretion of the Customer. Contractor or Contractor’s employees and Staff who, in the performance of this Contract, will be assigned to work in positions determined by the Customer to be positions of special trust, may be required to submit to background screening and be approved by the Customer to work on this Contract.
