c) Before starting any land-disturbing activity that results in a cumulative disturbance greater than twenty thousand (20,000) square feet, the Developer Owners, Parcel Owners, or the Representative shall obtain a grading permit from the Orange County Erosion Control Division.
d) The Developer Owners, Parcel Owners or the Representative if any, shall include the erosion and sediment control plan in the Development Agreement Compliance Permit application.
Sediment and Erosion Control. LCZ and its contractors and agents shall be responsible for installing and maintaining effective sediment and erosion control measures during construction on the Premises in accordance with the requirements of Chapter 28.01, “Regulations for Construction Site Discharges,” Chapter 2.05 of the Stormwater Drainage Design Standards, and the CITY’s Drainage Criteria Manual. Sediment and Erosion Control a) Applicable City Public Works Permits and/or Construction Stormwater G en er al Permit coverage shall be obtained for all construction projects that meet the permit’s requirements for coverage.
b) Sediment released during maintenance activities shall be contained such that it does not enter any surface waters.
c) If maintenance activities are expected to generate significant quantities of sediment, or if the activities have the potential to generate runoff which could enter surface waters, an erosion control plan shall be developed for the activity.
d) The Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) required under any Construction Stormwater General Permit coverage shall be prepared and provided to th e P a r tie s .
Sediment and Erosion Control. The approved sediment and erosion control measures, including a stabilised all weather access point, must be in place prior to works commencing and maintained during construction and until the site is stabilised to ensure their effectiveness. For major works, these measures must be maintained for a minimum period of six months following the completion of all works.
