(a) As required within a seniority block, training will be offered on a rotational basis to employees in the following order: ® ➢ senior regular employees within the classification; ® ➢ senior regular employee within the classification series; ® ➢ senior regular employee within the classification series; ➢ senior auxiliary employee within the classification series;. (b) When a new type of equipment is introduced, the seniority process in (a) above may be waived by mutual agreement of the Parties in order to develop adequate levels of competent operators in each seniority block.
