Selection of Evaluatee Clause Samples

The 'Selection of Evaluatee' clause defines the process by which an individual or entity is chosen to be evaluated under the terms of an agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the criteria, authority, or method for designating who will be subject to evaluation, such as specifying that the evaluatee must meet certain qualifications or be selected by a particular party. By clearly establishing how the evaluatee is chosen, this clause ensures transparency and fairness in the evaluation process, preventing disputes over eligibility and maintaining the integrity of the assessment.
